Northwest Jersey Beekeepers Association
Don’t miss live presentations with honeybees in our “bee booth,” enabling you to get an up-close look at how beekeepers handle bees. You can also check out our fully enclosed demonstration hive where you can find the queen and watch her lay eggs… and then you can name a bee! We’ll have about ten thousand on hand for you to pick from. Twenty-five categories of honey from our show will be on display and there will be a tasting station to help you decide whether to buy light honey produced in the spring or dark honey produced in autumn. Pro-tip: buy both! Honey never spoils. Come see us in the Agricultural Tent.

Robotics & Technology
Be sure to stop in, as there are awesome things to see and do. The Hunterdon Central Robotics Team, The Dalek’s, and the Hunterdon County Library’s Makers Space are teaming up to provide hands-on activities throughout the fair.
