NJ Show and Fair Health Recommendations

The Hunterdon County 4-H & Agricultural Fair will be following the recommendation of the NJ Department of Agriculture. **A mammalians including goat, sheep, horse, cattle, alpaca, swine and llama which will be exhibited at the Hunterdon County 4-H & Agricultural Fair must be vaccinated for rabies. The vaccination must be recorded on your CVI by the veterinarian.  Any livestock who is not vaccinated will not be allowed on grounds. A copy of the CVI must be provided and handed into the show superintendent.  Thank You

Attention Dairy Exhibitors:  Please use the holding tank for disposal of your milk. The holding tank is located at the far end of the diary barn by the milking area.

All entries for the Home Art Shows for  Jewelery and Beadwork, Needlework and Quilts are due on Saturday, August 17th,  9:00 AM to 1:00 PM to Rutgers Cooperative Extension, 314 State Rte 12, Building #2, Flemington.

Hooked Rugs entries can be dropped off at the HCRAG Rug Camp 2024     Flemington Elks, 165 NJ-31 South, Flemington, NJ 08822 (NEW VENUE)       Tuesday, July 30, 2024 from 10:00 am– 2:00 pm

Attention Fair Attendees, you can cast your vote for your favorite articles in the Home Arts Show.  Please pick up a voting card and cast your vote.  Cards will be available at the fair.  All Home Arts Projects are located in the Ramsburg Building.

2025 Biggest Vegetable Specimens: Enter your biggest, longest, and most unusual vegetables as well as Egg Classes on Tuesday (8/19/2025) 9:00 am - 2:30 pm

Honey Show:  Honey can be dropped off on Wednesday, August 20th 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM, or Thursday, August 21st, 12:00PM to 1:00PM.  Judigng will take place on Thursday.  For more information please contact James McCaullhy at (908)531-9823.
